We do not offer refunds, including for photos rejected by authorities. If your photo is rejected, please contact us — we're happy to help troubleshoot and will work with you to get a compliant photo.
We are always adding support for more countries and document types. If a coutnry or document type you are looking for is not listed, contact us and we will look into adding it.
Some countries require an official stamp, seal, or photographer certification on the back of the photo or on the print. We provide the formatted digital photo and print template only; we are not able to provide stamps or physical certification. If your application requires a stamp, you may need to get it from a local photo studio or authority after printing.
